California is running adds on TV with people telling how they couldn't afford health insurance and now they "can". With other people stating how their rates have gone down, etc... All a lie, they aren't paying for their health care. All of it is subsidized by the rest of us.

They've just created another welfare entitlement program that the remaining 2 out of 3 people are going to have to pay for. Nothing like buying votes with your labors. Venezuela here we come...

Maybe not everyone, but if you said 30-50 million I would not be surprised. A huge permanent underclass.

Who paid before?

I thought that the uninsured received treatment from emergency rooms for free. Free means the hospital shifts costs to those paying the bill meaning the insured

Did the state take on the burden previously borne by the insured?

One in three. That is the future of America if Dauphin Bush has his way. I think Jeb and his buddies are envious of how in Latin American people like them control 100% of everything with only having to make token promises to the “voters” every few years.
