Yarosh is saying the Nazi’s and Kolomoiski’s “Donbas” will set up a “Separate High Command” in Dnepropetrovsk.
If the US can give M1A2s and SA-14s to the Iraqis they can certainly hand receipt them to the Ukrainians as well.
