He’s just pulled his head in his shell and told everyone he can’t do anything unless he gets six more GOP seats. Harry Reid managed to get his way by changing the rules, but the incompetent Republicans won’t do that. They are worthless, but they will act surprised when they LOSE senate seats next year.
