In WW2 the Danes actively supported the Jews against the nazis. Jump ahead 70 years different nazis and, apparently different Danes too, unfortunately.

In WW2 the Danes actively supported the Jews against the nazis... Yes. Sometimes fact gets a bit mixed up with legend when it comes to occupied Denmark, but there is no doubt that Denmark and its King resisted the nazis as best they could.
