Thank God for Jeff Sessions. This is what I said from the beginning when the GOP took over the Senate. Fund agencies separately. Cut the budget up into pieces and force the Dems to filibuster critical and popular programs because the bill doesn't fund Obama's Leftist crap.

Force Obama to veto Homeland Security, Health and Human Services, the Defense budget. Then get in front of the cameras and trumpet that Obama doesn't care about regular Americans, only blacks and illegals.

Thus the universe of people eligible for the tax credit expands by millions. The IRS said only about 700,000 illegal immigrants currently work and pay taxes using an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number, but as many as 4 million illegals could get a stay of deportation and work permits under Obama's temporary amnesty, which would mean they would be eligible to claim back-refunds if they worked those years.
