As someone who did graduate from college, I couldn't agree with you more. The final year of classes, for me, at least, were all focused on specific course work to use in my specialty. There is no university course specializing in "being president". I believe that had Walker completed his degree, he would have taken nothing in his final year that would make him a better president than any other, or by missing it, would make him a worse president than all of the classes Dean took in getting his medical degree.
