I just skimmed the WAPO article. They’re desperate for some way to attack Walker. This one is a big “So What?”

Four reasons:

1) He’s conservative.
2) He’s effective.
3) He’s successful.
4) He put the unions in their place.

If Obama can be elected twice ....then anyone can at this point....the news shouldn’t worry about vetting a political Candidate. ..they should worry about vetting their own....I don’t care what he did in college...We still don’t know what Obama has done...what passports he used to travel...etc....as long as Walker returns to the Republic and makes the US number 1 again...college and now is insignificant...

...Walker’s success despite not obtaining that degree represents a real threat to the government’s education cartel,...

That's the money quote.

Money quote:

“Walker’s success despite not obtaining that degree represents a real threat to the government’s education cartel, the public unions it sustains, and the maintenance of the pipeline of left-liberal groupthink and its young adherents.”

Wow didn’t know Walker didn’t have a degree...that could really hurt his chances. Personally I don’t care, but I have other issues with his views on amnesty, common core, and his lack of foreign policy experience.

Why did you resign?

Looks like Gov. Walker will soon be chased by a giant white bouncing ball.

There are several million Americans out here who finished high school and went immediately to work to help support their siblings, parents and grandparents.

In many rural families, college was never a priority over food and shelter.

Commerce in the trenches: transportation, construction, food production and most physical labor does not require college, but a strong heart and self respect.

Except for the sciences, how much does college instruction really matter if it cannot be applied to a career?

Go to work, start at the bottom and get a 6 year start on the frat guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, a potential 2016 GOP contender who never earned a college degree, has proposed a huge cut in funding for the University of Wisconsin system over the next two years.

Oh! Oh! Mr. Kotter ... can I play?

U.S. President Brack H. Obama, the president of the United States who has never put on the uniform, has proposed a huge cut in funding for veterans benefits over the next two years.

Oh is that why the RNC cut off funds for his campaign when it was close? I don't think you will find anyone on this board who lives or works in Wisconsin who shares that sentiment about the governor.

I wouldn’t worry too much about his lack of a degree. They’ve beat that horse to a pulp in WI and he’s managed to win three governor’s elections, and WI is a state that values education.

What we’re seeing is his advantage in having been so thoroughly vetted, to no effect, during three very contentious statewide races.

I have some concerns about his ability to connect with voters outside the state, but none about his ethics. Even the WAPO managed to illustrate how he went out of his way to help others. At some point, even some on the Left might be forced to concede that he’s at least an honorable person, even if they do hate his political positions.
