Oddly enough, they do sometimes. There was a case of a woman in India that was physically female but something like 95% of the cells in her body were XY. Her husband was flabbergasted, but with hormones her uterus was able to carry an embryo conceived from her husband and an egg donor...

I remember a few years ago there was a super dare guy that had breast implants put in for one year just to win a $100k bet. I hope that this is the same type of joke.
Hopefully the SEAL’s medical department reviews their psyche evaluation procedures in depth.
