If so what I don’t understand why the complex had not dealth with the issue.
It may be that there aren’t assigned parking spaces and it’s first come.
It’s hard to imagine that a guy would get this stressed out over a parking spot. But the other element to this is that he shot the three with head shots....so he was fairly close and determined. It would be curious if he’s on any medication but I doubt the cops were smart enough to take him for a drug testing session.
