"Calling somebody a 'Neanderthal' has long been used as a pejorative term. However, studies of human remains reveal the Neanderthals had larger brains than all other ancient humans; thus, Neanderthals had more complex and advanced societies. The only humans to have never interbred with ancient Neanderthals were sub-Saharan Africans. All the rest of us today - Asians, Europeans, Native Americans, Pacific Islanders - have some genetic link to the large-brained Neanderthals. This may explain why blacks lack the same learning skills as other races."
