Obie has a pen and a phone and has NOT needed anything from Congress in the past including his invasion of Libya. Why does he now feel that he needs to acquire Congressional approval? So he can blame a GOP run congress when his foreign adventures run amok. This boy king has fired all the Generals that knew how to fight a war and has replaced them with political YES men.

HE has no intention of actually fighting ISLAM - take that to the bank. This is a boy who was raised around Muslims and influenced by Muslims. Is he a muzzie?
