“I don’t know of any other case where someone shot and killed a police officer in the course of a drug raid has been no-billed by a grand jury,” Dick DeGuerrin, the attorney representing Magee, told the Washington Post.

The police need to stop abusing their "no-knock" warrant powers or this could very well become a trend. The People appear to be growing weary.

Especially when you have people killed during raids at the wrong house, killed when police have the right house but old information or people maimed by flash bangs like that poor baby with part of his face burned off because cops threw a flash-bang in his crib.
