Dershowitz is right: the President doesn't hold absolute treaty power under the Constitution, as far as I am aware. The relevant part of Article II., Section 2 says:

"[The President] shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur;"

And that's pretty much the end of it.

So, any Presidential "deal" that is cut with Iran is subject to 2/3 Senate approval, or is null and void.

But, if Barry Soetoro rejected Weatern civilization, converted to Islam, signified that by abandoning his “slave” name by getting a new muslim name the destruction of the world would be his “religious” duty and not wrong at all. Poor Barack Hussain Obama, so misunderstood, and so transparent too!
