They’ve probably polled this matter and have most likely found that Democrats (Progressives/Communists) like the idea of boycotting Mr. Netanyahu’s appearance.
The totalitarian, revolutionary, Progressive punks in congress are nothing but a reflection of what exists in the electorate; this will go well with their base, they’ll probably rise in the polls and spread rose petals in Hillary!’s path to the White House.
