Too often, what's missing here in Washington is a sense of perspective."
Right on Rice! This is the same woman who said Bowe Bergdahl served the United States with "honor and distinction"

The progressives can't have America coming together to face an external threat. Their refusal to consider anyone other than their political opposition an enemy makes them look bad.
They only make "progress" when we're divided and at each other's throats.

Rice also touted Americas economic resurgence, citing the improved unemployment rate, the falling deficit and the progression of "an energy boom."There goes any credibility she may have had.

>>Still, while the dangers we face may be more numerous and varied, they are not of the existential nature we confronted during World War II or during the Cold War, Rice said.
Ooh. She forgot to mention the existential threat of odorless, colorless gas that is part of the atmosphere that plants use for fuel. That’s going to destroy the world...ummm...next Wednesday (unless Brian Williams does something heroic).

“US not facing ‘existential’ threats”
Why would they need to bother when the fools running the place are doing more damage than some idiot with a bomb ever could?

She has got to be the most useless National Security Adviser our nation has ever had. A totally delusional airhead.

Our greatest existential threat resides in the White House.

The Muslims in the White House are going to get a lot of us killed before the public comes to their senses.

You could not be more correct, she’s a joke as NS Adviser and it’s not at all a funny joke.

She’s almost as credible as Ram-boy Williams on NBC.

I listened to her speech three times. It was full of focus group tested words, but those words led to no conclusions, actionable policy (other than "Strategic Patience"), or inclining of what any policy in early draft stage may be forthcoming.
It was second year poli-sci major babble from an overpriced college "C" student trying to emulate her professor's bull$hit.

We can all sleep better tonight after this announcement. We are so fortunate that we have such gifted leaders running this country, especially this lady, who only lied on about six different Sunday morning news shows.
