Imagine 60 football stadiums containing 100,000 people and thats just the 6 million Jews. Of that number 1.7 million were kids under 17. Then add in gypsies and homosexuals and Jehovah Witnesses and the mentally disabled ... random? You dont set up death factories and call that randomThat is an excellent visual metaphor Skydancer.

I think many of the jobs were out of sight of the killing floor and people could allow themselves a blind spot. However it was only a blind spot because they wanted it. In the beginning, even Oskar Schindler saw the jews as cheap labor and didn't really think beyond that.
Like the opening statement in "The Rise". 'We didn't all support Adolph Hitler but we were all guilty. We all breathed the same air'.
