The fine can be waived if they say the password “yo no tengo dinero.” They will get the $10 back as a tax credit with their EITC when they file their first income tax return.
But its not amnesty because of that $10 fine.
What annoys me about these Dreamers (adult illegals brought here as kids) is that they are protesting and demanding amnesty as if they were US citizens.
