That needs to be appealed all the way to the Supreme Court. Surely there must be some conservative law group that will take this case on.

It’s too late. The only people who count in this country have had enough of Christian morality. They’re going to crush out anybody who speaks up for it.
I can think of a better approach than outright refusal...
