I might take him more seriously if he would use his real name of Jim Janos. It's a fine name; there's nothing wrong with it at all.
Doesn’t this help Mrs. Kyle’s appeal? This is exactly the kind of phrase Chris Kyle asserted that Ventura made, and which Jesse won a $1.4 million judgment against last year.
Jesse Ventura is a saggy-assed ape who made a living two of the most discredited occupations in America - stage wrestler and governor of Minnesota. He just won a defamation lawsuit, yet he defames Bush by saying the Iraq War was based on “lies.” What a hypocritical jerk. I can’t stand listening to the guy talk - he sounds like his mouth is full of putty.
Fellow community college attendee (graduate?) Tom Hanks, maybe?

Whatever flaws Kyle may have had, Jesse’s illogical reaction has managed to make him look like a shining saint. You are giving Kyle more “air” than he was able to garner on his own, Mr. Ventura.
Ventura told Kyle and the SEALs that they deserved to take losses and the killing of their friends and team mates was justified because they were essentially war criminals.
Kyle punched Ventura out when he defamed the SEALs and took the enemy's side on the death of his friends.
Ventura denied what he said and sued Kyle for slander.
From Ventura’s comments, it sure seems in character and very likely that he actually said exactly what Kyle claimed he said.
A good point. I would hope so but don’t know if the appeals court can consider anything taking place after the first trial.

This man has fallen so far since he peaked as a Navy SEAL. A wacko governor, 9/11 truther, a conspiracy buff, a fake wrestler and now this embarrassing behavior over Chris Kyle. He should be shamed and ignored instead of being given a forum to reveal his mental inabilities. He’s moved out of the US already. just let him continue to fade into the sunset without giving him the attention he doesn’t deserve.

IMHO, It was wrong for Kyle to have punched out Ventura for mere verbal abuse. (He could have rightly ejected Ventura from their presence, if this was a private party, carrying him out by the scruff of the neck like a puppy.) That said, there are even worse things and Jesse is now showing them like the flowers of skunk weed.
In his warped mind, he probably thinks he is entitled to every last cent that American Sniper makes.
