1 "At that time the disciples came to Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven? 2 And calling to him a child, he put him in the midst of them 3 and said, Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. 4 Whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. 5 Whoever receives one such child in my name receives me, 6 but whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a great millstone fastened around his neck and to be drowned in the depth of the sea.
Pedophiles are NOT born that way, they are created by other pedophiles abusing them as children.
Fortunately not all child sexual victims become pedophiles, but virtually all pedophiles were abused sexually or otherwise as a child.
I know when I was tested as a kid, I was seen as being on the autistic spectrum. If I was tested today instead of the late 1960’s or early 1970’s, I feel they would say I’d have Asperger’s. I do see it as a gift even though there were times it hampered me in life but I’m good at numbers, science, amateur radio, electornics, etc.
I would bet we could take up a collection to pay for the rope and as many millstones as required. We are living as in the days of Noah when God destroyed the world and in the days of Sodom and Gomorrah when God destroyed those cities by fire. I believe the last days are fast approaching.
Apparently pedophilia is ok if it’s your religion such as the so called muslim religion.
Whether or not the behavior is “Natural” it is also “damaging” to the victim, whose unalienable rights apparently don’t matter to the LA Times when it comes to pedophiles getting their jollies.
Not in a million years. They sure do spend an awful lot of time recruiting and indoctrinating. They push it in schools, tv, movies or government policy. People should laugh in their faces when they say they are born that way.
I know a guy who was homosexual, big-time. San Francisco, hard core, totally immersed in the lifestyle.
He became a Christian and became a heterosexual.
It’s probably really difficult, but I do believe him...

It's pure law-firm doublespeak, it's a legal argument intended to catch the imagination of a Supreme Court that once accepted essence as a dispositive legal quality in civil-rights cases dating back to the 1940's.
It's about a workaround to defeat democracy and the majority, and cosset perverts beloved of the upper class at the expense of said majority, who are cramped and disfigured by their antique, pre-modern, un-cosmopolitan moral codes not shared by the PTB who would very much like such codes to "go away".
Actually one might argue that most little boys are born that way. Just give them a chance to play with matches and something is very likely to be set on fire. Of course most of us were taught early on to be very careful with fire.
I’ll do it a lot cheaper with a bag of Ready-Mix Concrete and a five-gallon pail. Yes I too believe we’re living the End Of Days and Obama is the Anti-Christ. I’m not kidding.
While reputable scientists admit environment is the largest factor in how we form our sexuality and none will state science supports the idea homosexuals are born with an attraction to same sex, non-scientists may not realize how fluid our sexuality is. Still, getting talked into homosexuality doesn't occur so easily.
At the same time, prisoners temporarily engage in homosexual behavior, some girls become LUGs (Lesbian Until Graduation), some homosexuals admit to choosing the life, some well-known homosexuals have left the homosexual life and on the on the list goes.
A homosexual professor at my university was interviewed on TV. I only caught a brief snippet. He made the comment that in a relationship with a large age difference the child does not necessarily suffer, but can actually benefit from the experience.
The professors' name is/was DiCecco (sp), and he taught a class called "Variations of Human Sexuality" at SFSU. The class consisted mostly of viewing gross animal and homo porn. He is most likely dead of AIDS by now. The fact that he was never fired tells me a lot about that university.
My counter would be the anguish of a whole generation (or more) of children abused by pedophile priests.
Here's an article Little Jeremiah posted years ago referencing DeCecco Report: Pedophilia more common among 'gays'
Now I realize he probably wanted to drug my wavelength and molest it.
His class had a lot of speakers: Washed-up porn actresses, homo street hustlers, etc, and they all served to normalize deviancy to the students. The whole "barnyard sex" material still gives me the shivers. It was repulsive. We saw lots of movies about it.
I remember in the pre-feminist, pre-birth control days when the experts were positive that men had a stronger sex drive than women and women were just naturally purer the "fair sex". Now, the media are saturated with female raunch and even sex crimes against children originating from women. The experts were wrong; permission to act out, once granted, has become a tidal wave of female exhibitionism and one-up-womanship.
Mass hysteria is the closest I can come to describing the pernicious influence of the media and porn on today's society, and no one can fully shelter from it. Now "experts" are trying to weaponize pedophilia. It's a disgrace. Such thoughts might never cross the minds of at least 50%, if not 99%, of offenders if not for the unabating flood of porn, including the deliberate sexualization of children disguised as "education."
I remember our society before quite so many "first amendment rights" were articulated to include all kinds of filth. It was a better, safer and more humane place. Did I ever hear of sex crimes? Yes, in our rather large suburb abutting on of the nation's largest cities, there were three that I knew of up until I left home at 18. These days, that's a Sunday afternoon in any neighborhood, anywhere in the US, thanks to the smut on cyberspace and the airwaves.
I just realized little jeremiah posted the article about 3 years ago. We actually discussed DeCecco many years ago - probably when he was in the news.
I'm glad you escaped his class with your brain intact.
