Well, a great game and someone had to lose and someone had to win.
In the first half, I thought the Patriots dominated and would win but then Wilson comes back and simply showed it was not to be so. To tie it with 30 seconds left made me sit there for several seconds with my jaw open!
And then in the third quarter, I though the Hawks had it in the bag—NE was fading. Then in the forth Brady comes back with two TDs and the lead, only to have a miracle catch by his opponents just like in the Superbowls against the Giants. History repeating itself.
And then the Interception. The fight was shameful, and I’m sorry to say the Hawks were out of control for a few seconds. But understandably. Like them, with only a few seconds to go I really thought the Hawks would win it.
Unlike others I will not blame the Seattle coaches for going to the air when everyone said they should have stuck with Lynch. At the point they had all their timeouts, a couple of downs and most importantly, the Patriots were bunched up on a very strong goal line defense. Lynch punched a lot of holes through the Pats line but he also bounced off a few times. So going to the air was an effort to breakup that solid line a little, and with two downs left it made some sense.
Anyway, just ask Brady. Interceptions happen.
Glad to see Butler, who made that pick off for NE, was from Alabama!

I mean, sure, he’s not the owner of MY football team, but I don’t hate any of them just because they own a team that my team opposes.

I was simply repeating the lexicon of DanZ from his post 83 - I have no problem with Kraft, except him handing Pootie his Super Bowl ring, Putin put it in his own pocket and left. Kraft should have said something at the time instead of sniping later.
