So Obama has balls? and thats why its ok for him to make up his own laws?
The Law is whatever the guy with the guns and the power says it is, and as long as no one steps in to stop that guy, then that guy MAKES THE LAW.
I don’t know about Obama, but I know the GOP DOESN’T HAVE THE BALLS TO STOP HIM EITHER.
