If it’s 100 degrees in the shade (right around spring finals in Arizona!), wearing anything BUT shorts and light shirts is insane. And of course flip-flops...
What they wore was so ludicrous in the heat that they qualified for the “Mad Dogs and Englishman” label...probably the canine part!
