That’s five minutes per joint reduced to 2-1/2 minutes per joint.
It takes about ten seconds to roll a joint (or so I’ve been told)!
I think these workers must be sampling their wares.

Pretty obvious really. I’d love to have the “sour cream and onion potato chips” franchise nearby.
I would think that there is a machine that could do this more efficiently and economically. Back in the 80’s I worked with a guy who had a rolling machine in his office in which he rolled his cigarettes.
