In 2012, despite a lot of prayer and a firm conviction that God was leading me to avoid supporting Mitt, I voted for him after Benghazi happened. I allowed fear to motivate me. As a result, I went through a years-long separation from God. The day after the election, I didn't feel Him there when I went to pray, and there was no one to blame but me.
Voting for a man who believes queers should be able to adopt children is not the right thing to do. We're fooling ourselves if we think it's right in any way, shape, or form.
