With one possible exception. He will repeal the 2nd amendment if he can find a way. Just for symbolic value. The other amendments are routinely trashed, but they pretend you have free speech as they use government power to suppress it. They pretend you have 4th amendment search protection as they use self written national security letters instead of warrants. That is if they bother with a warrant at all. The NSA goes through your papers at will.

They ignore most of the constitution. But if they can find a way, I think they would love to publically end the 2nd amendment. SO that might be an exception.

Yeah, I could see him doing that for exactly reasons you cite and just to flip off the people who believe fervently in the Commonsense Civil Right of the Right to keep and bear arms.

Most likely he will have pulled his pen from his as… pocket at some point and issued one of his executive decrees that none of his subjects shall buy, transfer or hand over a gun or ammo or an SUV or anything he can think of without the Government’s express permission [That’s the true meaning of the concept of registration]

Oh, and thrown in some hefty taxation on top of that permission – after all, there a votes to be bought and those dollars aren’t going to print themselves!

And only after he’s lowered the boom and started the confiscation process will he once again whip out his pen and decree the 2nd amendment to be null and void.
