When it came down to the wire, I have always believed that they will strike them all. And for all our prowess in electronic warfare and stealth, Israel tops us whenever they need to. Even back in the eighties when we were at our pinnacle of technological superiority Israel would do things we couldn’t counter.

I do take it as a given that if Israel faces destruction that cannot be countered conventionally, then (assuming a lef leaning U.S. administration was part of such) the San Fernando Valley will become much more toxic than the area affected by Chernobyl in the wake of the single warhead that will detonate there. Would they hit the Capitol or someplace else too? Depends on how thin they are spread. But that counter would deliver the largest long term hurt with only one (albeit very large) warhead.

This would cause their support among US citizens to evaporate. No resupply for you.

A nice target in the Middle East, and they have the complete support of the US citizenry, plus have stopped at least one of the countries around them. A second one the next day and they have the Hiroshima-Nagasaki strategy duplicated. It worked once, and would probably work the second time.

This time they must disarm Iran and Pakistan. No more Islamic Nukes.
