I’m wondering the same thing.
I guess it really does not matter if they put her under oath.
If she is caught lying, the GOP won’t do anything anyway except use it
as a campaign tool. Nothing more.

It would be very rare for a SOS (or former one) to be required to take an oath. Hearings are usually just for show as witnesses almost always have submitted written testimony before they appear. Congressmen don’t like surprises.
