The Gateway Pundit ^ | 1/27/15 | Jim Hoft

Benghazi Select Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy told FOX News today that White House witnesses including National Security Advisor Susan Rice and Ben Rhodes, Deputy National Security Advisor, will come testify before the committee whether they want to or not.

“I would suspect that some, and I won’t say who, it would not be fair to Mr. Cummings, I would suspect some will come voluntarily but they’re coming whether it’s voluntarily or not. So, in urge to their benefit I would urge them to come voluntarily.”

More red-meat from Gowdy. I’ll start paying attention when something actually results from these show trials.
Until then, whatever.

Heard parts of the hearing on C-Span today - trying to get a straight answer out of these guys from State, especially the supposed liaison Rubin, is like trying to pound a nail into a bowl of mush - there are people working to produce documents, there are lawyers providing answers to questions - there are never specific names on whom to fix responsibility or from whom to get answers - Gowdy has a job ahead of him.....

That report came from the Senate Democrats .. while they were still in power; before the last election.

Of course they’re going to say the WH was faultless .. I would not expect them to say differently.

But .. what the dems never seem to realize is that the WH WILL NOT DEFEND OR PROTECT THEM .. so the two-way street only goes one way.

an effort by obammy inc. to trade Stevens for the blind sheik.
But first ya had to let Stevens get captured.
Also there was that little get arms to the mooselimbs in Syria from there too.

Well, yes. Will that dirty laundry actually be shown to the public, or will the GOP just let the Rats talk them into hiding it under the bed?

Many of us are just tired of hearing all of the bluster that is followed by no real action. Talk is cheap, and, in these matters, a lack of action is a danger to our country.

Yes.

As per Admiral Lyons.

Gowdy will never expose the real truth, which would sink the DNC-asses like a Titanic for decades with some Rinos onboard the ship. Rep. Rogers tried the cover up so his wife can line her pockets with our money. Same with Sen. Feinstein/husband!!!

Well, it’s not only that I am older; it is also the experience of having seen this scenario play out so many times.

Sad, huh?

We owe a big apology to the Founding Fathers and to all of the brave men who have risked their lives throughout our nation’s history in order to preserve our republic.

Yes, he does have the power to subpoena.

Well of course he does.

But he does not have the power to "subpena"....which sounds kinda....queer.
