I got it wrong. My guess was the article said cocoa puffs cause global warming and global warming will cause medical problems.

The simple answer is that the journals are fake. I get emails every day from such journals, mostly based in India and China, asking me to submit my research. No serious researcher would publish in such a journal.

You can get a decent education in some aspects of anatomy in such an establishment.
