If that’s the best you can do in the state of my birth, then perhaps I need to return to help family clear out the hysterical carnival barkers that have rooted themselves there. I know the area very very well and I can tell what kind of person Marshall is. He’s a Beltway creature feeding at whatever government trough he can push himself into. I can guarandamntee you he has never had a substantial non-government job unless it was government linked. The only real industry of Northern Virginia and Maryland is GOVERNMENT and he has found it feeds him.

So spare me his feeble canned resume of government crap jobs.

In any event, your precious Beltway Boy Marshall is grossly misinformed.

Send him this video of Mark Levin:

Get with what Mark says, not what your jerk spouts off.

“Before election to the Virginia House of Delegates in 1991, Marshall was a staffer for the American Life League, an organization which opposes all forms of abortion and birth control. After his election, he continued to work for the organization, including a stint as Executive Director in the mid-1990s [4] and now as a research consultant.”

I don’t know, maybe being a pro-life activist is not “substantial” to you?

The current government refuses to yield to the Constitution, so we need to amend the Constitution so they can continue to ignore it.

Why not just ask the States to assert their Constitutional Rights? Well they can't because the government won't let them.

Mark is great but more laws are never the answer when they fail to obey current laws. Look at immigration where everyone says that it is broken, when in fact, current law is just ignored, as will any new law if they don't like it.
