Forget the Massachusetts Statehouse.
If U.S. Attorney Carmen Ortiz were really interested in fighting the "culture of corruption" in Massachusetts, she would have the FBI swarming Gillette Stadium, not Beacon Hill.
Apparently there are more inside deals and secret ballgames taking place at a rainy day New England Patriots football game than there are at a session of the Massachusetts Legislature.

It was a yuth!
Patriot detractors = low information fans
Patriot fans seem to be high-energy whiners. I’m not a Patriots detractor by the way and will probably be rooting for them in the super bowl because I am a Packers fan with a little bit of a grudge against the Seahawks.
I’d say it’s the other way around. Whatever King Bill I says must be the truth. Even if it is a new invented science.
You forgot to throw in the “h” word.
Brady came across as someone who was trying to hide something. In his defense, I always suspected he was covering for a low-level Patriots staff member who has a lot more to lose than Brady does.
I was never a fan of Belichick, and I think New England's brushes with the rules are a problem for the NFL. But over the last few days I've gone back and watched some old DVDs of the New York Giants during their dominant stretch from the mid-1980s to the early 1990s when Belichick was their defensive coordinator. The more I see of him over a long period of time, the more I think he's really just an odd guy with a great football mind who can pick the game apart and analyze it in great detail to gain an edge. He's probably got all kinds of indications of OCD-type behavior.
Not whining just don’t like seeing our team being treated by the Media like Ted Cruz is treated.
There are scientific reasons why the ball must deflate. There is a video and PDF done by a company that looks at Football Helmet safety.
Here is the science. As a Pats fan my question is why didn’t people in the media and the NFL do this HS experiment:

Funny how people question the media when it comes to politics but not other areas. BB holds the media and contempt and is at odds with the NFL suits in NY. IOW he is hated by the media and NFL establishment.
Is there anything good on TV the same day as the Super Bowl? I have no interest in watching that political football.

Let’s not display your ignorance of the Ideal gas law taught in HS. Do you tires lose pressure when it get cold?
Being a Packers fan I have to admit that if the same thing had been called on the Packers it would not have generated as much excitement but Belichick in more ways than one has brought disapproval on himself.
I’ve been searching for a way to use Obama and flatulent in the same sentence.
He’s nothing but hot air.
You could always get a DVD with just a test pattern on it. LOL.
Your right he bucks the NFL establishment and doesn’t kiss the Media *SS and they hate him so any change to drag him down.
Perhaps A Rogers copps to over inflating the balls he plays with is so they feel right to him when the PSI of the balls drops in the cold weather in Green Bay.
Imaging if Brady said he intentionally under inflated balls caused he liked the balls that way?
Well I do think it is different what Rogers “says” he does occasionally which is over-inflate them before they are inspected. Under-inflating them after inspection is a whole nuther story.
“Air apparent”? Is there a pun I’m missing, or is the writer just at dolt?
Weird that such measurements have never happened like this in another game. Green Bay nor their opponents in the frozen tundra. Buffalo (if they ever played in January, that is). NY, Philly, Chicago or other cold cities. Only the Patriots. The idea that such suspicion was raised and all the balls were brought back in during the first half to re-measure is unprecedented. Not to mention that zero of 12 balls from the Colts in the same game.
These balls were two full pounds lower than the minimum (at least some of them were). That’s a pretty big drop on a day that wasn’t all that cold. Assuming they pushed the minimum to start with and filled them ONLY to the minimum of 12.5, it’s not likely to drop that much in a matter of an hour or so before the refs re-tested them.
Credible? Haha! The guy is touted as a genius coach with 40 years of knowledge and experience, even talked about making his players use the worst footballs they could find in practice, and yet knew nothing about footballs and air pressure? And knew nuuuuTHINK! about the officials altering or changing out footballs at halftime until Monday morning when he saw it on the news???
One thing I know for certain, The Patriots are definitely guilty of stealing plays from the Democrat playbook.
(BTW, the latest, according to Jay Glazer, they will be throwing the ball attendant under the bus as they apparently have security camera footage of him taking the balls into a back room shortly before the start of the game. Remains to be seen if rumor is true, of course.)
