Expect doctors to leave the field en masse. The government will find its just cheaper to kill the patients after taking their premiums rather than pay their claims.
The logical outcome of this policy is that if a doctor believes that an incoming patient might reduce his/her cure rate, the patient will not be treated at all. This accomplishes the goal of some in government who want to stop all healthcare for those of us over 40.
