Spain has made a new law: Muslims will no longer be able to come through their borders between Spain and North Africa.

What, even E.U. citizens with valid passports will be required to state their religious affiliations - and will then be denied entry, depending upon their response?

That is what the headline implies - and headlines never lie, do they?

Yes, and the headline is wrong and inflammatory. But nobody ever bothers to read the article.

How will tourists prove they aren’t Muslim? Recite the Lord’s Prayer? Name any 3 of the 12 apostles? Curse the name of Muhammad? Smile, instead of cringing, when shown a picture of Porky Pig?

what country in North Africa would be issuing their citizens EU passports?

That would be certainly reasonable. Moslems are Moslems no matter what the passport they hold.
