Actually, I believe the most recent was when Bibi visited the last time, and Obama TOLD him that he could not build most houses in the West Bank.
I think Bibi politely told Obama that he was going to build regardless of what Obama said about it.
We know Obama is on the side of Hamas/Hezbollah .. not Israel. Bibi has no assurance Obama will be of any assistance to Israel if they get attacked.
