6) The increasing difficulty of getting reasonable slip fees for my Benateau.
7) Having to explain my James Brown Record collection.
8) The Gospel choirs just aren’t the same at our churches.
9) Collecting rent from the section eight housing apartments we own.
I think it would be much more useful for colleges to provide a "problem of professors" class. But then, that is just the little old problem whitey in me talking.
