If this family gets one single solitary cent then NJ should get rid of the cops because anyone they arrest can sue. I saw this video, the BLACK cop told the thug to not move, told him to put his hands up and not move about a billion times over and over and over, he even told them if you move I am going to shoot you, and he’s got the gun pointed right at him. So what does he do? He not only moves, he gets out of the car. And you can see the cop trying to keep the door closed.
