There was a newspaper spread in the last couple weeks in the DAILY HERALD for Dupage County in IL which showed the winners of some kind of leadership award. Of maybe 15 recipients, 14 were female, and the lone male was of course nonwhite, some kind of Asian, I think. Whatever.
