District courts have been falling in line like dominoes. It's almost as if it's been choreographed.
Undoubtedly hoping to steamroll SCOTUS with precedent.

Sick.
And disappointing. This was a George W Bush judge, recommended by Senators Sessions & Shelby.
What the hell?

May all these ungodly Judges rue the day they chose evil over good against the people’s will.

"an irrational way of promoting biological relationships"
What's that supposed to mean?
To: Steelfish
"There has been no evidence presented that these marriage laws have any effect on the choices of couples to have or raise children, whether they are same-sex couples or opposite-sex couples. In sum, the laws in question are an irrational way of promoting biological relationships in Alabama," wrote Federal District Court Judge Callie V.S. Granade. Amazingly stupid - overwhelmingly so. This judge wasn't qualified to graduate from grade school, let alone get a law degree. No concept of language. Two people of the same sex cannot be husband and wife - in case this judge was not aware, only a man can be a husband, and only a woman can be a wife. The judiciary has no authority to ignore the meaning of words or language. What is so difficult about this to understand?

They're all cowards, afraid to be "on the wrong side of history." It's basically nihilism, the idea that sexual differences have no meaning whatsoever.

Somebody go back and teach this person the basics about the birds and the bees!

Why even have Congress to pass laws? soetoro ignores the ones he chooses and activist judges strike down others that were duly passed by the will of the people.
We peasants are irrelevant.

I don’t know much about the ways of queers, nor do I want to...
However, it seems to me that there are certain biological issues involved here.
You can stick your wiener in anything you like, perhaps a donut from dunkin donuts, but that doesn’t make you married to Dunkin or the Donut...
These people need to get a life.

Callie Granade is the same fascist who last summer ruled against a Catholic group that sued over the Obamacare sterilization and birth control mandates.

Homosexuals can not reproduce, judge. Marriage laws are promote a beneficial environment for the children produced by heterosexuals.

Why bother with having a legislature? Just set up an oligarchy of judges and save the fiction of government by the people for the people for the history books.

Why even have Congress to pass laws?It doesn't matter at all anymore what the "laws" on the books might be. All that counts is the opinion of the elites--who certainly know better than you or me how the country ought to look. I'm tired of voting. We're moving soon, and I am not going to transfer my voter registration.

Southern man don’t need Obama judges around anyhow.

No evidence about raising children? Can’t this affirmative action idiot see the difference between a man and a woman, or a mom and dad? A kid raised by two guys is missing something very profound. He has no mom! He will miss his imaginary mom all his life.
This judge can’t see that? Is she blind?
To: lastchance
This judge must have no rest, no relief until he changes this obscenity or is kicked out of his office. The people must REFUSE!!!! Occupy his court!!! Do not relent!! 24/7 to eternity!!!!Its time THEY yielded! To the Barricades!
