Muskogee police on Friday released video of a fatal police shooting captured by an officer's body camera.
Officer Chansey McMillin shot and killed 21-year-old Terence D. Walker on Jan. 17 after Walker allegedly ran from police who confronted him outside the Old Agency Baptist Church.

You are blinded by your aphorism.
Thank God officer wearing his cam - indisputable righteous take down - of course, the Race Baiters in Chief will use it to the max - they don’t let a little things like truth and evidence get in the way
Like I said, man, when a thug points a gun at your family, why don’t you take that time to sell your family on your pointless argument.
I’m sure they would appreciate your point of view.
You are arguing to an empty space in some other direction.
If you had the slightest knowledge regarding news reporting, you'd know that 'allegedly' is a legal requirement until made a proven fact in a court of law.
Otherwise, News outlets would be sued out of existence...
Just a bit on information to save twisted knickers in the future... ;)
Yeah, you strike me as an empty space.
I’d say that’s an accurate description of yourself.
Yeah familiar and still sick of it.
The actual status of the gun (round in the chamber / round NOT in the chamber) is irrelevant. The one at whom the gun is pointed cannot determine that status. Therefore, he must behave as if the status is “round in the chamber”.
Then WHY does the title say "Muskogee police release video footage of officer shooting armed man outside wedding" ??????????????
I do not see the word ALLEGEDLY in that headline, do you ?
(it is not a legal requirement, it is just PC crap. )

NOWHERE in the article is the word ALLEGED used.
I have stated multiply now that the assumption must be that the gun is loaded. The statement without knowledge that the gun is loaded is simply ignorant. If you cannot think past slogans then you cannot think. Sorry about that. I usually assume better from FR members.

What a terrible position for the police officer to be facing. It looked to me like the man was planning to shoot the cop.
In the video, the officer who retrieves the weapon tells the shooting officer that the gun had a round in the chamber.
In any event, it does not matter. If someone points a gun at you then you MUST assume it is loaded and act accordingly - unless you don’t care whether you live or die.
I think he honestly wanted to offer aid to the man who had been shot, and I do not think he was acting belligerently.
He, like the officer, was most likely caught up in the excitement of the moment and was not thinking 100% clearly.
At any rate, he later does tell other arriving officers that the shooting officer “did everything right”.
+1

Agree. Although, Im impressed with how calm the cop stayed. Especially right up until he had to take the shot.
Of course he was trying to offer aid, his attitude was clearly confrontational however and lasted far too long. Much longer and he could have been charged with interfering. Classic impulsive behavior and poor situational awareness that plagues his ethnic group. That guy could have been playing possum and come up shooting.
At the time the cop was trying to approach the punk the officer did not, and could not know he was a stand up guy. The only thing that mattered right then is that he was not following the officers instructions and caused the officer to stop to deal with him. I'm glad this guy turned out to be a great American but even great Americans can cause problems for LEO's when, in a stressful situation, they do not do as the officer instructs them.
I don’t disagree. Anybody can lose focus and fail to understand what’s important in that stressful moment. I believe it was important to point that when he gathered himself from that loss of focus, he knew he owed the officer and acted accordingly with a word to the on-scene brass.
