Hillary Clinton said Wednesday that the United States should offer more financial and military aid to the Ukrainian government as it fights Russian-backed separatists, dismissing the idea that Kiev couldn’t be trusted with the money.

Victoria Nuland Admits: US Has Invested $5 Billion In The Development of Ukrainian, "Democratic Institutions"
Hillary(!) "lost" $6 billion as Secretary of State and no one seems to care. I suspect the mechanism is to gift billions to these unanswerable "governments" so that millions will flow back into the gifter's hands. No one gets financially hurt but the American taxpayers and it seems we're too damned stupid to do anything about it.
