Can we take an opinion poll? How many of you believe that a president does not meet visiting heads of state if there are election campaigns in their home countries? How many of you believe this is actually a long standing protocol followed by previous presidents of both parties? How many of you believe that the White House just made this up and really expect us to believe it???
