No, not a waste of time at all. Look at the turnout. More and more younger folks.

What was the goal of "civil rights marches"? Was that goal achieved? Why? And how long did it take?

What is the goal of a "march for life"? Has that goal been achieved? Why not? Will there be "marches" for the next 100 years?

The civil rights phenomenon used marching to threaten and to intimidate, and it was spectacularly successful. Marches for life threaten nobody. That's the difference.

To quote the pre-Christian Chuck Colson, "grab 'em by the balls, and their hearts and minds will follow".

Plus I have seen a LOT of young people in this effort, so this gives me hope.
