Newly Released Recording Recounts High School Teacher’s Ordeal

Word first came in a 9-1-1 call from South Dade Senior High last September 19th – a male teacher relating a disturbing encounter with a dazed, bloody female teacher.

“She was walking down the hallway and she has blood on her face and pants,” the caller told the operator. “She just told me to call 9-1-1.”

Documents, photographs and recordings released the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s office Tuesday detail how the teacher was allegedly beaten, choked and raped in her classroom by 18 year-old student Victor Marshall Nash. Evidence photos show the alleged horror story played out amid desks, chairs, pencil holders and assignment reminders written on chalk boards.

CBS MIAMI report the Victor Nash was captured after school teacher was raped.

As she continued to struggle and plead with Nash to stop, he placed both hands around her neck and began to choke her, according to his arrest report.

When she lost consciousness, Nash reportedly pulled down her pants and underwear and had sex with her.....
