Russian intervention was always a concern in the ‘67 and (especially) ‘73 conflicts. I’m sure they have a contingency plan. They have a little experience dealing with bigger opponents. I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if it was called Operation Sling.

Russians are mostly expeditionarian. They sent troops to Afghanistan not to anex it but to convert muslims against the West, and it worked apparently.
