They do execute in parking lots. They pull up in vans. Bring out the condemned, and whoever happens to be there gets to be a witness. Clearly designed to show the people that it could happen to them too.

Hmm, well I’d have little problem with it, if I could be sure any of these people were actually guilty (might be) and got fair trials (seriously doubt it, especially not a woman).
