It’s more than just being a Democrat.
He is of a special, protected and privileged class.
The special privileged class that get to park their cars right in front of a Walmart entrance while a passenger, or even the driver, strolls in to make a purchase.
I’ve seen that happen dozens of times just in the last few years.
