The technician has finished his tests. Apparently, the company was using a faulty regulator for
the propane, and there are a few other customers who have the same problem.
The company will replace the regulator with one that has proven to be an excellent replacement
that works well. This is warranty work, so they’re not going to charge us for it.
They’re going to call us to schedule the replacement, so our worries about the generator should
be over when they get it installed.
That’s great! I’m glad it was something easy.
