Think of what he would have looked like if the other truck hit him directly. The image reminds you of the movie

To bad the people who drive like maniacs on the highway don’t learn from this. That guys was an accident but we have all seen those maniacs speeding and weaving in and out of lanes and tailgating. They should be forced to see photos of accidents.

lol What year?
Anyone know what year Chevy that was. To me the wheels look to be about 8+ years or older.

I had a horrendous crash about two years ago. Slammed into a ditch, barrel rolled about four times through brush and slammed into a tree. The tree was felled by the impact and took out some guy's aluminum awning. I could not open any of the doors to escape. That's when I noticed the engine fire. I ended up kicking out the back window to escape the blaze. The truck was completely consumed and featured five large explosions. Injuries? A little friction burn on my left knee. I also had chronic back pain, but since the wreck I have no back pain at all. Heck of a way to get a spinal alignment.
The EMTs demanded that I go to the hospital, but I refused because my head never impacted anything. They were upset that I refused, but finally relented and a deputy sheriff drove me home. The next morning (Sunday) I went to church.

There are two very scary, and often deadly complications that you really need to watch out for in situations like that. The first are external or internal punctures, caused by small objects or bone fragments. Internal bleeding is very bad, and can be very asymptomatic, and then you die. Many people have died from things like icepick stabs they didn’t even know they had.
The other are organ crush injuries, like bruises that cause swelling inflammation which restricts fluids in and out of the organs. Diagnosis of that can be... challenging.
