Its not opened like you would tear into a Chrismas present. Doubtful much of anything has been done with it. I read this much earlier here today. This would be big enough news, especially after Paris, that this would have been headline news today. Considering when this was first posted, this is most likely a myth. At least so far. But, I would not be shocked.
I wouldn’t be particularly surprised either. We know it has happened before. But it seems to me like you said, it would take longer than a day for the the data to be extracted and read.
